We do not publish a job board. Open searches are shared directly with registered candidates whose experience fits. Here is why, and how to get on the list.
Why we share roles directly
Most of the searches we run are confidential. A company replacing a controller does not want the news on a job board. A CFO search is rarely public. And the roles that are public are usually already flooded with applicants who do not fit.
So we work the other way around. When you register with us, we learn what you do and what you want. When a search matches, we contact you personally with the full picture: the company, the manager, the state of the books, and the compensation range. You decide whether it is worth a conversation.
What you will hear from us
- Only real, current roles. We never post or describe openings that do not exist.
- Roles that match your discipline, level, and location or remote preference.
- Enough detail to decide quickly, including compensation, before you commit any time.
What you will not hear from us
- Mass emails about roles that have nothing to do with you.
- Requests to "apply" before we have spoken.
- Anything about fees. Employers pay us. Candidates never do.
