These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at schwartzmangroup.com (the "Site") operated by Schwartzman Group ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to learning about our services, contacting us, submitting a resume, or subscribing to our content. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in a resume or enquiry.
  • Submit information about another person without their authorization.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
  • Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site for commercial purposes, or to interfere with its operation. (Search engine and AI crawlers indexing publicly available content in accordance with our robots.txt are permitted.)
  • Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or unsolicited material through the Site's forms.

2. Services and engagements

The Site describes our recruiting and talent advisory services. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services to any particular person or a commitment to present, represent, or place any candidate or to fill any role. Services are provided only under a separate written engagement between Schwartzman Group and a client, on the terms set out in that engagement. Candidates are never charged fees for our services.

3. Submissions

When you submit a resume, enquiry, or other information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant us permission to store and use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Submissions do not create an employment, agency, or contractual relationship with Schwartzman Group. We may decline to act on any submission at our discretion.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, articles, graphics, logos, the Schwartzman Group name and wordmark, and the design and arrangement of the Site, are owned by Schwartzman Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. Brief quotations with attribution and a link to the source are permitted.

5. Third-party content and links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and uses third-party services, including Google Fonts and Formspree. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. 7. Limitation of liability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Schwartzman Group regarding use of the Site.
